Your accessibility journey doesn’t stop at websites and digital products. Every day, organisations communicate with customers, employees, partners and stakeholders through a wide range of channels including PDFs, emails, social media, presentations, marketing materials, automated communications and corporate systems. Organisations need accessible marketing. Our Accessible Marketing Review & Workshops analyses and improves the accessibility and consistency of your marketing communications ecosystem.

Working across your key communication channels, we review a representative sample of materials, identify common issues and patterns which are quick-wins to fix, assess alignment with accessibility good practice, and provide practical recommendations to improve consistency across all channels.

Marketing teams’ challenge is that accessibility standards and practices often vary significantly between channels, teams and content creators. The result can be an inconsistent experience for users, increased reputational risk, avoidable customer complaints and confusion around what “good accessibility” actually looks like across the organisation.

Rather than reviewing a single document in isolation, our service helps organisations examine whether accessibility has been embedded into the way communications are created, approved and published across full campaign user journeys. Drawing on our expertise across accessibility best practices for web content, marketing collateral and documents (including accessibility for neurodivergent people beyond WCAG, and flexibility for different campaign audiences), and governance recommendations from ISO 30071-1, we provide a practical and business-focused assessment of your current strengths and weaknesses. Our practical workshops enable communications teams to understand where improvements are necessary, and help enable this to happen to improve overall communication effectiveness.
